Do you have a vegetarian meal plan?
The meal plan is not a vegetarian meal plan. However a low-sugar clean eating vegetarian meal plan will be coming soon.
How many calories are in the meal plan?
We are not calorie-centric, we focus on macronutrient balance, food quality and portion control. Your portions can be increased or decreased in relation to your size, age, gender and activity level. Your dietitian is available to portion size guidance.
What if I am a picker eater?
You can swap foods in within the program, for example you can swap a protein for the protein you prefer more. You can also swap recipes throughout the program.
