I started my career in wellness in 2000, with the ambition and passion of helping individuals explore their health potential. As my career and experience has progressed, I have learned that health is strongly tied with all dimensions of wellness. Therefore, I work with clients to help explore integrative and functional approaches to health in conjunction with education and practical application while exploring personal barriers success. My approach is based on my belief that there is not one solution to everyone’s health goals. Together, we will create a personalized roadmap to your ideal wellness.
